THERE WILL BE NO MORE MEETINGS FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR!!  Please be sure to look for your school respresentative at the beginning of the next school year for dates and times for the meetings/tournament to signup!!

 

**State Tournament will be held May 22nd & 23rd. On East Lake TOHO 3705 Big Bass Road, Kissimmee, FL 34744. **

**Attn All State Qualifiers** The chain of lakes will be "OFF LIMITS" to pre-fishing  starting on 5/16/2010. Any Teen who violates this rule will be disqualified from the tournament.  Please be at the ramp each day at 5:30 am!!  Please have your $20.00 (per day) captain gas fee. 

 

If staying Saturday night, please bring $5.00 for dinner that Neal and Patty are providing!!

If your interested in staying the there, the cabins are available at your own expense!! Please call in advance to reserve. 

 

Our Annual banquet will be held on Friday June 4th 2010 at the First Baptist Church @ 7:00pm. Tickets Will be available at the State Championship.  Call Kathy for tickets.  They are $10.00 (each ticket)!!

Attendance Policy:

If you miss meeting you may make up the points you lost by attending another counties meeting, this must be done within 30 days.

You must provide a note from the instructor whose meeting you attended to make up your points.

You may not make any bonus points by attending other county meetings.

If you miss three meetings that are unexcused, you will no longer be eligible to participate in TSA.

Every teen will have one free meeting pass in which you will still receive points. You may use this for whatever reason. You should try to save it for an emergency, illness, vacation, etc.

7-8PM unless otherwise noted.

All Report Cards / Progress Reports are to be e-mailed directly from the Parent Portal
 to vctsagrades@yahoo.com. This needs to be done prior to the meeting before the next tournament.

On the Parent Portal: Under "File" click on the "Attach to e-mail" then type in vctsagrades@yahoo.com for the e-mail address, then send.

We will not accept print outs or copies of your grades. Every teen has access to the Parent Portal.
